Collaborating (A conflict management behavior)

Characterized by high assertiveness and high cooperativeness, collaborating involves attempting to find a solution to satisfy all team members’ concerns and fully satisfying both sides of an issue.  You can study this behavior in-depth at the Idea Incubator blog post on Collaborating as a Team Conflict Management behavior.
